My Students

Why Virtual Reality?: Edger Dale’s Cone of Experience has shown that the average person only remembers 20% of what they hear and 30% of what they see, but up to 90% of what they personally experience. As a result, lessons that incorporate virtual resources provide a richer and deeper experience that will have more of an impact on the learning experience of students.

Despite being at a low-come school, my students are eager to learn and be successful.

They enter the classroom with bright smiles and enthusiasm for their lessons. Our school budget is limited, and the supplies run out fast. It would be wonderful to have some Oculus Vitaul Googles for pictures and places that students otherwise would never see.

Oculus Vitaul Googles will allow students to 'travel' to places they have never been and may never go!

We need Oculus Vitaul Googles to be able to travel to and explore places all over the world without leaving the classroom. Virtual reality makes travel possible without the constraints of time, fees, and permission slips. Without stepping foot on a bus, my students will be able to visit different regions of the South Carolina, museums, national parks, historic battlefields, and monuments with virtual class tours.
