My Students

We are an exciting and diverse 2nd grade in class resource classroom. My students cover a broad range of learning levels and styles, and they are all on different reading levels. Some above grade level and some below.

Even with the challenges that some of them have, almost all of my students love to read!

I want to keep building on their love of reading and encourage them to keep reading, especially now when the world seems to be reading less and less. More reading will keep them engaged in their education and help them develop better critical thinking skills.

My Project

Help us to organize all of our new books. We have received the books but lack the space and adequate attractive display for the.. This small project will help us to help our students organize our library and give them the chance to make great literary selections. Help us make our library more attractive and better organized for our students.

Since shelving and space is limited in our classroom, book baskets give us the opportunity to enhance and maximize our limited storage space.

As all educators know having an organized and attractive library encourages children to read often and to experience new genres of literature.
