Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach middle school students, grades 6th through 8th, I am also part of the GATE program at my school in which 4th/5th graders get an opportunity to come to my classroom and learn a Middle School foreign language. As you can tell I have students in my classroom from grades 4th through 8th grade, they are at all different levels for learning and as we use technology more and more we require proper ways to store it. I would like to get my classroom equipped with a Chromebook organizer so that students can easily access and use the chromobooks in my classroom. At the moment, the chromebooks are sitting on a shelf stacked on top of each other. Thank you for your time in reading my project.
My Project
Recently, a new adoption to a Math resource class was introduced in my school district. This program requires the use of technology in the classroom for the program to function properly. As Chromebooks have been assigned to my students, my classroom is not properly equipped to store and/or organize the chromebooks.
Proper storage and organization units will be essential for my students to care for their Chromebooks.
I would like to keep the Chromebooks in good condition for students to use for years. Technology is a huge part of their education and keeping their resources safe and organized will help all students.
