My students need organization. We are going to be moving rooms and in this new room, I want to take all the supplies we have and organize them so that they are ready for all kiddos.
My students are all very different but share one important thing. They all have a great school to come to. They all are inspiring to be the best they can be and they dream big.
My students are like me.
They are dreamers, inventors, scientists, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and more then we could ever think they would be in fourth grade. They are thinkers and speakers. They want to be teachers, doctors, lawyers, and more. But they need supplies to help them succeed.
My Project
Education can be a fun and messy time but in TAM classrooms we need to have some organization to the chaos. In order to keep our classroom library straight and easy to navigate we are in need of a system to keep books of the same genre together. We are asking for plastic totes to organize the books together. We also want the students to have room in their desks so we are looking for cart drawers that will give them more space and not make them feel as if they are cluttered up. In our class we have flexible seating. Students using these seats will not have a desk so the cart drawers will will allow their belongings to have a home.
I want all students to feel welcome in the room and feel like that they have their space.
Being organized and having space are two necessary things for life! The pocket chart organizer will help keep me organized. Papers can be messy and they can be all over the place! This organizer will help! The students will each have their own pocket and as they turn papers they will turn them into their specific pocket. This helps keep the papers in alphabetic order!
