This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students are creative, curious, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and full of questions. They absolutely love hands-on, engaging, and active projects that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions. In the heart of the metro, many of my students come from what would be deemed a less fortunate home. However, their home life does not seem to hold them back. My students persevere daily to become a champion in the community, in life, and in the classroom.

The requested material will allow for project based learning. Through Teachers Pay Teachers, I will be able to purchase supplemental material. This material will allow students to prove their understanding of standards through projects/ action based learning.
