My students are some of the most hardworking students I've ever had the pleasure of teaching.
They are a true embodiment of why I began teaching. They come from all walks of life, every demographic, and various cultural backgrounds. 100% of the students at our school receive free or reduced-price lunch, and there is a high number of military families.
Despite all of their differences, my students work together toward one common goal: to fulfill their desire to learn and experience new things. Even if it's something completely new to them, I love that they are so willing to try anything. Their thirst for knowledge at times is unquenchable, and they make coming to work each day a joy.
My Project
My amazing students need a few supplies to get us started for the next school year. While many students and their families are busy buying supplies they will need for the school year, it's often hard for them to buy the supplies they will need for labs.
My students are in need for basic classroom supplies to make lab clean up easier.
They are also in need of tissue throughout the school year, pens, markers and other lab materials. This project will help get my students through the first few months of school. This way they only thing they have to focus on is learning!
