My Students

My students are similar to most 5- and 6-year-old students. They enjoy coming to school! They want to learn so much, and I want to be able to help them. These students have a desire to know about the world and all the opportunities that this world has to offer.

My students are energetic and ready to learn!

I look forward to being their teacher! They have some lofty goals for this year, and I have some high expectations for them to meet!

My Project

My classroom has had SUPER success with flexible seating. It is so comforting, as a teacher, to see a child that needs to move or get their wiggles out do that without bringing extra attention to themselves.

Every child should have the opportunity to have their needs met in my classroom; flexible seating allows this!

I love seeing the excitement in their faces when they can sit on a wobble cushion or a wobble stool and "relax" while working. I am excited to use these stools at my teacher table when meeting with small groups!
