My students need Physical Education equipment to help with our SPARK PE Program, including a scarves set, scoop ball set, batting tees, and a few additional items.
Not your traditional Physical Education program! We have started the SPARK Physical Education program at my school. My students love the activities and games they are learning but need a few more pieces of equipment to complete our program.
My students love Physical Education class.
It is the highlight of the day for a lot of them. Many of them come from one parent, low income homes. A high percentage of my students are in the free and reduced lunch program. Having quality, enjoyable Physical Education is important for the future of my students.
My Project
I am requesting a class set of juggling scarves, a class set of scoop ball sets, batting tees, a movement cube for my young learners, a stop watch and folder pockets for station organization. Each of these items is recommended for the SPARK program. I am especially excited about teaching my students about juggling through the use of scarves. We do not have a batting tee, so having several of them will help with the softball unit in our program. These items will be used frequently and for years to come in our PE Program.
SPARK physical education program promotes fair play, cooperation, skill building and lifelong fitness.
Having developmentally appropriate equipment to help implement this program is very important for my students and their physical education class.
