Let's Get Comfortable!

Help me give my students some flexible seating options. I want to allow them to work and learn comfortably. The FDP SoftScape Accent Ottomans for Kids, stools, and cushions will provide choices for students.

My Students

My second-grade students are energetic, enthusiastic learners. Together, we build a community based on trust, kindness, and fairness in our classroom. I aim to instill a lifelong love of learning in my students by providing them with a safe and positive learning environment in which they feel welcome and supported.

My Project

Due to the pandemic, my young students have had a challenging and sometimes unstable few years. I want to provide a comfortable place for them to feel supported and successful.

Sitting in chairs at tables is not the ideal learning space for many children.

Some prefer to stand, some like to sit or lie on the floor with clipboards, and some enjoy getting comfortable in a cozy bean bag chair. Providing my students with flexible seating options allows them to choose a space to work that suits them.

My students are more engaged and motivated to learn when they are given choices. These FDP SoftScape Accent Ottomans and Trideer Inflated Wobble Cushions will allow my students to move around and get their wiggles out while they are working.

Currently, I have some flexible seating options, and my students love them! I notice that they work better when they are able to move around a little. I would love to be able to provide my students with a variety of seating options from which to choose.
