Help me give my students the ability to keep track of their heart rate during their physical education class. This will allow them to see how being physically active positively effects their heart!
As a physical education teacher and music teacher, we have the privilege of teaching every child in the school! With that being said, we want to see every child succeed, and we want to be a part of that success. I understand that my role as a physical education teacher goes above and beyond the walls of my gym. Every one of my students are AMAZING! They are unique and wonderful in every aspect of their lives, especially when it comes to how they learn best. Our school is located in a small town. We have a little over 300 students in grades PreK-5th grade. All of these kids are wonderful. They are special, unique, and deserve every opportunity to be successful learners.

I have wanted to be able to provide my students the ability to keep track of their heart rate during physical activity for some time!
I believe that these heart rate trackers will provide my students with the ability to see how their heart rate fluctuates during physical activity.
It will also show them how hard they are working their own heart. These devices will allow my students the ability to compare and contrast the effects of different types of physical activity on their heart. These devices will make learning more meaningful because they will see how their heart is specifically working!
