Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada! My 4th grade students come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The school qualifies for Title I Tier I funding and services. My students thrive through hands-on experiences, organization, and a comfortable environment to learn. My fourth graders are interested in all things technology and collaboration.
Despite facing challenges each day, the students are eager to learn and become leaders!
Coming to school each day gives many of our students the stability that they need to thrive and create meaningful learning experiences.
My Project
Returning to school after nearly a year and half at home is going to be an adjustment for our 4th grade students. Flexible seating will provide students with different places and spaces to complete their learning tasks.
Having flexible seating options for students, will allow them to feel comfortable while they engage in learning.
Many students have grown accustomed to laying on a bed or couch, working from the floor with a pillow, or having another comfortable position. The options included in this project will allow students to pick a place to engage in learning that isn't a typical desk and chair.
