Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are eager learners who enjoy learning through the use of technology. Most of my students comes from a military household and they move from place to place every now and then. My kids have to live without a mom or a dad for a while and it hurts them really bad. For them to face this reality at their age and have to cope through this and are enthused to learn is unspeakable for me as their teacher.

My Project

Students love to be taken out of the normal classroom setting and explore teaching and learning in different ways. Using a green screen students will be able to create different environments and scenarios to make learning fun and engaging.

Using the green screen students will be able to document activities from reading activities, demonstrate science experiments, explain the steps to a math problem, explore STEAM activities, guide other students with the steps to completing a coding task.

A green screen in the classroom will help to keep students fully engaged, it encourages critical thinking. Students will be able to use their own creativity and ideas to help and guide others to learn or be interested in a specific topic.
