My Students

Who doesn't love to dance? Our students do! Our Dance Program is in its eighth year and our students need a new music player!

Our Dancers work extremely hard throughout the course of the year by practicing, choreographing and performing at our culminating Dance Showcases!

Our students come from diverse backgrounds and for some of them this is their only exposure to Dance.

Dance has become an outlet for all of our members. While dancing, they get the opportunity to move, create, improvise, express themselves and work collaboratively with their peers. Our Dance Company members perform at various community events and showcases. These are their opportunities to shine on stage!

My Project

Our sound system is 16 years old and is in need of an update! Your donation will enable more music to be played in our dance classes! Currently, I can only play CD's. Although I have many wonderful CD's in my collection, the new player will have USB capability allowing me to use downloaded music that the students love!

Our dancers will be able to play their music on the new sound system when creating their own choreography and performing!

They love having the ability to choose and to play music that lets them express themselves through choreography and different genres of Dance!
