My Project

"I'm afraid that sometimes you'll play lonely games, too. Games you can't win cause you'll pay against you," by Dr. Seuss.

This is a quote that relates to my class and my project.

My students lack social skills due to their disability. My students lack the ability to play and interact with each other. I would like to use these games to teach my students social skills such as turn taking, sharing, and peer playing. I would like to use these educational games to teach them how to interact with each other. Children with Autism usually do not play with other children, they play along side other children. I would like to use these games to teach them to play and interact with each other. Social skills are crucial to being included and accepted in the community and workplace.
