My Students

Have you ever walked into a room and you feel like the harsh glare and flickering of the florescent lights cause your eyes to strain. Now think about sitting in that environment for 6 hours. That is what my students and I experience everyday.

I have a fabulous class of students in grades kindergarten- 3rd grade who have developmental cognitive disabilities.

They bring many unique needs and challenges to the classroom and I would love to help create an environment that allows them to do their best.

My Project

Fluorescent lights are a staple in the classroom, but their harsh glare and flickering light can cause eyestrain, headaches, and anxiety in students. The light covers will help filter the harsh florescent lights and set a relaxing atmosphere for learning.

Your help will ensure that my students have a relaxing learning environment so that they can do their best at school.

These light covers will provide years of an inviting and calming environment for students to do their best in!
