My Students

"It is easier to channel a fanatic than to breathe life into a corpse." My students are not corpses! They are full of energy and life, and they make our classroom lively and energetic engagement!

My 6th grade students epitomize the meaning of energy in motion- from the hugs and high 5s when they walk in the building to the spontaneous dance moves that happen at class change!

My students love life and embrace movement! I want to help them channel their energy into gaining knowledge!

My Project

Our future world sits in my classroom! We cannot continue to educate our future in the same way we taught in the past.

My 6th grade students are energetic, amazing "sponges" that need the chance to have choice, move, have voice, and be a part of the 21st century (instead of the continuation of the 1900s and the industrialization age!)

My students, our future, need to break away from the historical way that things have been set up so that they can see how they will impact the future! By allowing flexible seating, students will be able to choose the best area for their learning!
