Help me give my students the opportunity to create unique crafts for our Enrichment period. In the past, this project has helped students develop a sense of pride in themselves, and has promoted a positive classroom culture.
I have a wonderful group of students that are learning every day. We are working together to prove that while math might be a difficult subject, hard work and determination will make us more successful. My goal as an educator is to instill confidence in my students, while promoting them to be respectable, intelligent, and kind members of our community. By creating giant paper flowers, students will develop better art skills and have a fun experience. My students are some of the hardest working individuals I know, and I want to be able to reward them with a fun activity.
My Project
This project will help my students participate in a fun activity that will enrich their high school experience. Students will take their project home and share the experience with their families and friends. Creating the giant paper flowers will enable students to develop their art skills, while also promoting a positive classroom culture. Students will be able to express their creativity by creating the paper flowers. Students will be using hot glue guns to mold the paper together to create giant paper flowers. Students are able to choose a color for their flower, and express their creativity by adjusting the size of the flower. I want to create a fun activity for students to participate in.
