My Students
I have some excellent students, they all have potential. I work in a high poverty district with little to no budget money for classroom materials. In order to give my students the most enjoyable and engaging classroom expierence, I know they deserve, I will need your help. Please support me with reaching these students and changing lives year after year. Our goal is to prepare our students for middle school. This is their last year in elementary school and we are supporting them with the skills needed to be successful going forward. This is hard to do with classes of 25 students. It's hard for us teachers to buy enough materials for everyone when we have so many kids.
My Project
I would like this for our classroom. We have many situations in class were students would benefit from the use of a microphone. We do morning circles and discussions in class where this would come in handy. We are a class of 25 so even those students who talk, but talk quietly need to be asked to speak up or to say what they just said over again. I believe this would help take care of that problem. I have seen this advertised and many different places and I thought it would be a good idea to try to get one for my classroom.
