My Students
As a school counselor, I have the pleasure of working with 280 of the best students ever. They work diligently on their academics as well as their social and emotional well-being. I have the advantage of working with the entire school population, as well as many students on an individual basis.
These kids are bright, funny, eager to learn, and make my job amazing. These students have put a great deal of time and effort into being kind and making the school a safe and welcoming place for everyone. They deserve the absolute best in all regards.
My Project
I currently do not have a curriculum for meeting the social and emotional needs of my students. These resources from Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to better meet the needs of the students. I have specifically requested items that focus on growth mindset, friendships, mindfulness, anger, divorce, self-control, and many others.
Having access to individual activities, group lessons, and class lessons focusing on a variety of topics will be wonderful. This will give me access to resources that have never been available to my students. As I try to build the counseling program these resources will be invaluable. Please help me, help our students.
