This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school has students who come from low-income homes. We love to see the students engaged in their education as we complete hands-on activities in all areas of learning.

Each of our students is unique!

We have a wide range of knowledge within one classroom. This can be difficult at times to help reach each students' goal on a daily basis. We work hard!

When my students are able to use their creativity it sparks interest in their learning through engagement!

My Project

These LEGO bricks will be an addition to the self created writing kits we have in the classroom. These kits allow students to build and use their creativity based on a writing topic. Students are given time to create with many different types of LEGOs. Then students write about their creation.

The different LEGO bricks allow students to expand their writing by looking at and describing their creation.

It helps students add details to their writing and allows them to show their creativity. This is a fun way for students to write!
