My students need storage for the Lego STEAM materials funded right here just a few weeks ago! These bins will organize all materials and move easily around the room and school for projects.
As a teacher in a small neighborhood school, I have the opportunity to know my students at school and in the community. We are a small school and close-knit community. I am fortunate to see and support my students in the classroom and in extracurricular events. My students and I are a part of something bigger than ourselves. We work together to make our school and our community better.
My students may come from a high poverty background, but they persevere to be better and they deserve better.
My students have gifts, talents, and abilities. They are empathetic, kind, and unique. They are funny, clever, and engaged in STEAM, sports, community service, and more.
Making my students successful is my priority. They deserve the best from me, and I strive every day to provide them with the best education and experience.
My Project
We were so fortunate to have a LEGO STEAM project funded right here just a few weeks ago. The LEGOs will be in my classroom just as I am allowed in to start preparations and planning. Storage of the blocks is a must for my students to work efficiently and productively. These bins will allow students to find pieces they need for STEAM projects quickly. The wheels on these bins will make the LEGO STEAM station mobile so that we can move around the room and the school for STEAM building. Students will also learn the importance of keeping materials organized and accessible.
