The pandemic has hit us unlike anything that we've ever seen. Schools, businesses, and parks have all closed down leaving children nowhere to go to have fun, especially in urban areas.
I would like to provide all of my kindergarten students with a set of LEGOS so that they can continue to build fine motor skills, creativity, and problem solving at home.
My Project
These LEGOs will make a huge difference in the lives of 20 lucky children. Think about when you were little.. what were some of your favorite things that you used to play with? At least one of them probably has something to do with playing with LEGOs. LEGOs spark creativity, joy, and problem solving skills. These skills are much needed in the real-world. Let's set our future engineers, architects, construction workers, and builders up for success! There are countless ways to use LEGOs and hopefully this project will put a gigantic smile on 20 young faces (and their brothers and sisters, and even parents).
