Help me give my students additions to our STEAM lab. The tools in our cart will help build our Lego wall in our STEAM lab. The lego wall will be used to promote creative thinking and problem solving!

My Students

Each student in our school has their own unique personality, which includes their own unique way of learning. Our days are never dull and are filled with excitement, be it behaviors, new learning, or accomplished goals! Each day, we work towards meeting specific individualized education goals in small groups, as well as receiving whole group instruction within the inclusive setting. We are supported by our amazing school family. While we are not a Title I school; we are a very low income school. Because of this, we do not receive Title I funding though we have a high percentage of students living in poverty. We are blessed by what we have been given, but we certainly have room for growth!

My Project

Science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) are important subjects for students to participate in, in order to build creative, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Our school is in the process of creating a lab specifically for our students to engage in these subjects!

Part of our STEAM lab will include a lego wall. This wall will allow students to create and build solutions to life-like scenarios, promoting their critical thinking and problem solving skills. Along with supplies for the wall, this project will fund Legos and storage containers to use in the lab with the wall.
