This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting building sets which will be used at the 'new' builds for the second marking period for LEGO Club members. Students in the club are provided a mix of resources to construct their own creations, and working together to build new sets following instructions. This is something that they enjoy doing together immensely.

The results that I've seen over the past year creating LEGO Club have been absolutely amazing.

Students that usually keep to themselves and have felt left out of the traditional club offerings have come to LEGO Club and made friends while there. It has been a great success.
