Lego Boost Robotics

Help me give my students additional coding experiences. These sets will work with existing robotics sets in our classroom so that our students have several options to build and to learn to code.

My Students

We have wonderful students that love our school and love to learn! We are a very rural school with a low-average income population. Our community and school families love our school. About half of our staff went to this school as children ourselves! We are always looking for ways to inspire creativity and foster that love of learning.

Our kindergarten friends love school and are such little sponges, that they are always excited to learn new things and can't wait to find out what we are learning next.

My Project

Lego has made huge strides to help even the youngest students learn to code robotics. These two sets will work with other Lego Boost sets. They will give our students more options to build and have more opportunities to have hands-on coding experiences.

With these 2 sets, I will be able to have groups of 3-4 students, which will give each child more chances to build with the bricks and to use the ipad app to have coding experiences.

Each one of the move hubs in our robot sets uses 6 batteries, so we will need lots of battery power!
