Learning With Safety Precautions

Help me give my students the materials needed to be successful while remaining safe during this pandemic. This includes notebooks, copy paper, and other items.

My Students

Students at my school are inquisitive, compassionate, and creative. As a(n) African American history teacher, resources are so important to my students and are truly valued.

I am a 1st-year teacher in a school in an impoverished urban area.

Our school has very limited resources such as pencils, pens, composition notebooks & paper. These supplies are vital for student achievement and academic enrichment.

My Project

Students will be able to enter a safe & clean environment while having organized items with use of the spiral notebooks. A chance to enhance academic performance with the use of visuals being printed on the copy paper and maximizing potential to understand history from the past.

Students will be given primary source documents to analyze in class and create meaningful discussions.

After utilizing materials students will then assist with disinfecting, the desk, tables, pencils, markers, and pens used in the classroom before returning items back to the supply station.
