My students need two iPad minis and cases for the classroom! We utilize technology daily to engage students in learning and to practice math and reading skills.

My Students

I want to teach with technology to enhance student learning and connect to 21st century skills!

Approximately 50% of the students at our elementary school receive free or reduced price lunch.

The students come from all different backgrounds. Some technology exposure is limited. Exposing them to technology in school is essential to their future and ability to compete in the real world.

My Project

The classroom iPad minis and cases can be used for every subject! The students will be utilizing them for fluency practice in Xtra math and scanning QR codes to check their work. Developing readers will use them for listening centers and reinforcement of skills. The iPads will provide the students with tools for creating and presenting projects in science and social studies.

Third grade students are expected to pass standardized tests at the end of the year.

Having engaging materials, such as the iPads, gives the students extra practice and exposure to the skills.
