My students need headphones to be able to access all of the features on their assignments. This will be greatly beneficial for our ELL students to help boost their learning as well.
Our school strives to create environments, where our children have access to information and materials to encourage them to learn to their best ability. Most of the students in our school come from a low-socioeconomic background and do not have easy access to information at home. This year in 4th grade we are excited that we will be 1-1 with every student having a laptop to use as a tool to assist them in their learning.
I am excited to see what the kids discover as they use this new technology to further their learning.
My Project
This year, our students will be able to complete many of their assignments using technology. We are excited to be a 1-1 grade level where every student will have their own laptop in class and use it daily. Without headphones, the students will not be able to access all of the features of their technology. Some of their assignments will require them to have access to the sound on the device. This would be impossible to do with a room full of around 25 kids. Also, the cleaning supplies will help teach the students to be responsible for their device.
