A typical day in our classroom is filled with enthusiasm for learning. We spend time together in whole group and small group activities. My students need daily access to technology to build 21st-century skills using technology.

We are a small school in a suburban southern California community. They love to use Chromebooks to access the curriculum and use them as tools for learning.
The Chromebook will allow my students to access the world outside our classroom, use curriculum-based websites, practice essential skills, and provide opportunities for enrichment.
My Project
My students will use the Chromebook to access reading and math curriculum and publish their writing. They will use websites to improve reading fluency and comprehension, practice basic math skills, and to learn keyboarding. My students can access websites that are individualized to their abilities to remediate and enrich their learning.
This donation will help students to develop a love of learning and develop skills that will last a lifetime.
It will improve our classroom by providing access to technology to support student learning in all academic areas.
We will use Google Classroom and district-provided websites to practice essential skills, publish written assignments, conduct research, and create slideshows. They will use Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Draw to present their knowledge. My students will collaborate with each other to develop projects and use Google apps to present the knowledge that they have gained.
