My Students

Hello, I am a teacher at an elementary school that was flooded during "the Louisiana flood of 2016." The community pulled together in that time of need to help others with flood damage including the teachers whose classrooms had 2-3 inches of water. We had to throw many items away, and had to pack up our classrooms to platoon with the students and staff of the local high school for the next 4 to 6 weeks. Chromebooks would be a great asset to my classroom to help my students learn and enjoy coming to school again.

My Project

The Chromebooks will help keep my students be engaged in everyday activities and lessons. My students will be able to enjoy learning through this technology and keep them focused but have fun while learning. This will help many students use technology that they may not otherwise be able to use. Technology is becoming a major part of learning, so having Chromebooks in the classroom will help my students become better prepared for future learning endeavors and to help prepare them for future jobs they may want to pursue with technology. I would love to see my students enjoy learning with these Chromebooks and keep them motivated throughout our learning together.
