My Students

Help us bring invention education to our middle school students. We stand in need of twenty copies of a coding book that will be the core textbook for the class.

I work with a highly motivated, energetic group of students.

Our school is in the suburbs of San Diego. We are located just miles north of the international border. Our students are eager to participate in STEAM opportunities. Their enthusiasm is contagious. We want a book in every students hands.

My Project

"The Micro:bit for mad scientist book" is the core textbook we need to use for the coding and invention class I teach. The textbook has 30 projects for students to complete. The visual images and the step by step directions make it incredibly easy to understand and follow.

The book does an amazing job at making coding easy.

What I appreciate is that it lowers anxiety. Students from any level of experience will be able to pickup a Micro:bit and learn to code it in no time. The projects are fun and engaging. It is project based. Students best learn by engaging in projects.
