This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have autism and don't understand that old computers are slow and take awhile to start. Their frustration levels would be diminished tremendously if we had quicker processors such as in a newer computer with Windows 8.

My students range from the ages of 4 years old to 8 year olds.

They attend a public school in the greater Los Angeles area. The majority of students are low income. They all have autism and limited communication skills. They work great on computers. Sometimes I bring in my personal laptop and they learn so much. They are able to navigate better through Windows 8 processor than I can.

My Project

Please help my students with autism learn how to communicate through the use of technology. Having new quicker computers my students will have more time learning and less time getting frustrated. Help my students learn how to communicate and be independent in our society.
