My Students

Can you imagine interacting with science with just a touch of your fingertip? An iPad is just the way to keep students up to date with every day science.

I have four clases of 26 sixth graders.

Approximately one third of our students are supplemented with free and reduced lunch. My stuents come to class eager to learn everyday through a variety of ways. My class learns through technolgy every day with the use of our SmartBoard, and I would love the opportunity to use various other means of technology in my classroom.

My Project

The ability to interact with science through the iPad will help keep my sixth graders engaged, no matter what subject is being taught. iPads also foster independent learning. Your donation would not only provide iPads for my students, but it will also provide my students with the chance to learn the skills they need to be successful in the 21st century.

Many of my students are not able to use technology outside of school, so by giving my students the opportunity to explore science through the iPads in school, you are giving my students the ability to practice the skills they need to become succussful learners.

iPads will also enhance learning in all subjects as there are numerous apps that can be used to reinforce skills taught in the classroom.
