My Students
My students are energetic, smart, and very curious kids, who learn by motion, sound and visuals.
They are children with autism that learn better with kinetics materials.
Even Individuals with autism who can read benefit from visuals and kinetics activities.
Visuals serve as reminders about what they learned. Using manipulatives and modeling will mean more to students with autism than a lengthy explanation. Remember students with Autism think in pictures more than words. and their learning is about concrete things, things that they can see and touch.
My Project
My students with autism will create words and sentences with this magnetics tiles, they will build words and vocabulary, this materials support my students learning phonics, making words and read/write better using concrete-kinetic learning.
This Double -sided magnetic letters and the counting bold and nuts manipulatives are essential to the learning of students with autism, and it's really fun too!!
The manipulation of materials in addition to sound and visuals demonstrated an increase of learning of students with autism.
Learning doesn't need to be boring and this materials will help my students to learn and retain better what their learn in Math and/or Language.
