My Students

Kindergarten is one of the most exciting years a child will experience! Everything is new and it is crucial to build a positive experience to create life long learners.

Kindergartners love school and love learning!

My Kinder crew always enter our classroom smiling and excited to learn. I love their enthusiasm and love for school. Everyday is new and they absolutely can't wait to see what new things they are going to learn. As an educator I love keeping our classroom fun and connecting it to real life experiences.

My Project

These items will help make for a fun educational rotation where students will get to learn while being veterinarians!

It's no secret that children learn best through play!

My Kinder Crew will use these items for Writing, Reading, Math, and Science.

Children are often exposed to grocers, veterinarians, doctors, carpenters, postal workers, and several other careers-but they seldom get the opportunity to try them out for themselves through play. I want to create a dramatic play area that gives students the opportunity to use things we are learning - sight words, questioning, writing, scientific procedures etc. in a fun career oriented environment. Imagine the impact of learning sight words while being a "grocer" rather than sitting at your table spot writing them over and over.
