My Students

My students learn more than just academics from their time spent in school. Many of the students learn life skills ranging from, social skills, self-help, domestic skills, and leisure skills during their time at school.

So much of the day is spent teaching the students how to participate in society, and help their families around the house.

These skills learned at school are a key component to promoting the best possible quality of life for each and every single student.

My Project

Many skills are taught in our classroom. Each student will leave our school with skills in math, reading, socialization, daily living, and even leisure skills. Sometimes students need help determining what to do in their leisure time. Whether it's, flipping through a book, listening to music, or taking a snooze, our students need a comfortable place to practice these leisure skills.

Imagine having to perform your favorite leisure activities in a desk chair, when instead you could relax in the Zinus Contemporary Upholstered Loveseat.

This addition to the classroom would provide a more realistic aspect of the students' environment to practice and enjoy their leisure activities.
