Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are middle school students, grades 6th through 8th, who are eager and motivated to incorporate technology in their learning and in class tasks and home assignments.
They enjoy doing computer and technology-based assignments and work cooperatively to expand their knowledge in using software to enhance their projects.
Furthermore, required state and district assessments are now primarily in web-based databases where additional technology will be needed.
My Project
is dedicated to distance learning. I have been learning how to teach and learn online from home. I support my parents, and students via online platforms, helping students continue learning through school closures and other scheduling uncertainties.
I use microphone to create instructional videos The microphone will allow me to narrate my screen cast video tutorials on how students and parents can navigate the homework / classwork platform.
In addition, the wireless microphone headset allows me to teach while walking around the room. These tools will be big help for me to continue online teaching.
