My students have physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral deficits. Despite the challenges they face on a daily basis, they need things that are simple and that provide them with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
I am a teacher of low income students who have autism and physical and cognitive deficits.
They are eager to learn when given the opportunity to use the right learning tools. They attend a school for students with autism and with behavioral, physical, and cognitive deficits. My students use alternative learning methods to enable them to learn.
These deficits may prevent them from learning without the use of alternative visual learning methods. My students need methods that engage them and keep them focused and physically active. My students need lots of positive attention and reinforcement.
The microscope imagery devices will project the image in a usable way for my student. Thus, allowing my students who are not able to actually use a microscope manually can still be able to participate by seeing an object or slide. These items will give my students an alternative way to be able to participate and use the microscope or see an object within the classroom.
These items will allow my students to enhance their student learning in science and in biology.
Students will have an exciting way to learn science and biology within the classroom. My student will take advantage of these items within their student learning curriculum.
