My students are engaged and eager to learn new chemistry concepts. Most are looking for future careers in the engineering or medical field. They love to see the connection from the classroom to their future careers.
Each day my students walk into class and inquire, "What are we doing today?" They are always thrilled when I answer with, "It's a lab day!" The students in my class love to see chemistry in action in the lab setting.
This is truly the "fun" part of chemistry!
In my classroom, I am looking for equipment to allow my students more hands-on activities to keep them interested and involved with their science classes. The Obscertainer Kit will be used to help students have a hands-on activity in order to learn about the making observations, guessing the path inside, and checking to see how they did. This will be used in multiple science classes!
Students will be directly involved with the principles of Physics!
They will see first-hand how Newton's Laws work with the Newton's Cradle. They will also observe how conservation of energy principles work with the eye-catching Seismic Accelerator.
