This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My kindergarten ESL students often come to school and are learning English for the very first time! With all the new information and routines they are trying to master comes "simple" vocabulary words also.

I would love to give my younger students a fun way to learn their food with a food play set.

Being able to have these tangle food items will help my students not only practice the new vocabulary words but also retain them faster. The more expose they have to these new words the better. So having a fun way to keep them exposed will be a great asset.
