This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are learning Engineering concepts. They are leaning Engineering Design using Inventor (CAD) drawing tool. They are also learning about electrical, mechanical, software, civil, and other branches of engineering. In addition, they are learning what skills are needed to perform as an Engineer.

In this classes, we print 3D ideas, build projects such as robots, bridges, VEX projects, Civil Engineering projects, Etc.

They learn how to use equipment, and SW applications.

Our students start with basic concepts in order to under stand complex problems. We want them to think as engineers and solve real world problems.

We want our students to develop life-long skills that will prepare them for a global economy.

My Project

These materials (3D printers and Robot Kits) will help the students learning more realistic and fun!! 3D printing brings life to students sketches. There's nothing better than to hold a physical model of student's imagination. Prototyping (3D printing) gives students a greater sense of achievement than just drawing (paper or CAD)!

Robots expose students to all kinds of hands-on concepts; from following building instructions, to how to use tools, to learning programming languages, and learning engineering concepts.

These types of "hands-on" projects give the students the opportunity to learn skills that will not only prepare them for college, but also for a prosperous life.
