School is truly one of my students most favorite places to be. It is so important to encourage a love of learning at such an early age to help students become lifelong learners. Many of my children come from homes with many different family dynamics; however, regardless of their family situation, they all come with a deep desire to learn.
The school I teach in creates a phenomenal environment that constantly strives to go above and beyond meeting all students' needs.
The professionals I am honored to work with are consistently encouraging other professionals and students to be the best we can be.
I am proud to be a public school teacher who gets the opportunity to change lives and make a difference. I will continue to strive to provide meaningful learning activities that enhance our time spent in school to meet the many needs of my students.
My Project
I have a very unique set of students this year that are reaching the point of independent learning. I am looking to creating learning kits emphasizing the different skills that all of my students need. These kits will be used multiple times a day during phonics, spelling, reading, writing, and math!
Through the creation of learning kits using the Photo and Embellishment Craft Keeper and the large clip boxes, my children will be able to grow and learn at their own individualized pace, which will help make learning so much more meaningful and engaging!
These materials will be able to be used in years to come to help share the resources available to my students.
