Learning in Living Color!
Help me give my students an Epson EcoTank wireless printer so I can print math and reading materials in color!
I teach at a coastal North Carolina school that is a Title I school with 58% of our students receive free or reduced-price lunch. I have a diverse group of 19 kids that come to school with a wide range of abilities, needs, and interests. A majority of our students come from disadvantaged homes and some have been impacted due to Hurricane Florence last year and Hurricane Dorian this year. These children struggle with basic needed supplies to be successful in school.
The Epson EcoTank wireless printer will be an amazing resource for my class of 2nd graders! I will be able to print reading and math resources in color- helping to keep my students who struggle in reading and math focused and engaged!
Since I do not have a reading textbook for my students, I am constantly searching for high-interest print materials online for my students to differentiate their learning.
The Epson EcoTank printer will allow me to print nonfiction texts in brilliant colors. My students will beam with excitement when they are able to closely examine rich pictures and photographs from their printed leveled texts. Seeing photographs and text features in color will hold the attention of the young minds that I teach each day!
