Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating options can help my students feel more comfortable while they learn and practice new skills. An uncomfortable student, is a distracted and unproductive student.

Flexible seating allows students to quickly and easily pair up, work in small groups, or discuss as a whole class – without moving mountains of heavy desks to establish eye contact.

In addition, students feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment.

My goal is to give all student an adequate learning environment where they feel empowered and comfortable to learn.

My students are special because they are young learners that find it difficult to sit in one place for too long. They need to move in order to maximize their learning achievements.
