My Students

Students at my school are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions!

We are a title one school that services many different cultures and experiences.

They come to school each day ready to try new things in order to grow both personally and academically.

My Project

Kindergarten is where lots of students find their love of school. It is very important to create a space where students feel loved, safe, and inspired to grow in education. My students need a place to sit (foam tiles)as a group to problem solve , discuss , and play. They need a place to store belongings the help foster there learning bookshelf and cubbies). They also need to have an atmosphere that calms and excites them to learn each and everyday (lights). This project will bring the learning all together!

With this project I will be able to create that environment.
