I have the privilege of working in a small Texas town with a high economically disadvantaged population.
While a Title I school, my students are sweet, hard-working, and eager to learn each day in two languages.
I would like for my students to continue their learning at home during this difficult time.
The Friday before leaving for Spring Break, students went home without many of their supplies. This project will help give students access to materials they need to continue their learning.
With your help I would love to provide my students with items like whiteboards and writing notebooks that my students can use over and over again to answer questions and write stories in while we meet virtually.
While my students and I would love to be together in the classroom setting, it's just not possible during this time. We have had to change and adapt to a new way of teaching and learning.
