Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students are English Learners ranging from first grade to sixth grade. Each student brings their own prior knowledge to our groups. The students a great at collaboration and helping one another understand concepts the lessons teach. The materials will help highlight students for their efforts in being inclusive and engaging.

My Project

All of the students are English Language learners with this project students will become more motivated in learning. Our goal is to engage every student by having their needs meet. These materials will encourage students for their hard work of learning. By rewarding the small wins students will be eager to continue to come to school and witness their own growth. Students will receive their rewards after our meetings to positively reinforce their dedication to learning. Students will have the opportunity to take home their prizes as well as the knowledge learned.
