My Students
We are a group of enthusiastic learners! Our classroom is a space where students can learn math, reading, writing, science, and more! Most importantly, we learn how to be members of a community. During this very important developmental year, kids learn and grow SO MUCH. Teaching Kindergarten is beyond rewarding.
We are ready to take on a brand new school year, despite the HUGE learning curve and safety precautions that go along with COVID19.
I know that I cannot change the world, but I can certainly do my best and give my best to my students every day. My students are engaged and motivated learners.
I do not want this to change for my students. I want to maintain students' love for the school and will do everything I can to ensure the school is safe, fun, and suitable for open minds for learning.

My Project
Flexible learning spaces (lap desks & clipboards with storage) allows students to take charge of their learning and make choices that best fit their learning needs!
While students are inside the classroom, face masks are required to be worn at all times.
This is going to be a HUGE learning curve for my 5/6-year-old students.
Having clipboards, and lap desks allow for us to take our learning outside of the classroom. As long as we are outside, and spaced apart 6 feet- we do not need to wear masks. This will allow students a break from their masks and allow them to learn comfortably and safely.
Also, due to social distancing guidelines, students are not going to be able to move freely about in the classroom. The portable lap desks will allow additional safe places to learn while in the classroom.
