Help me give my students an opportunity to learn about their world around them from a kid friendly resource like Scholastic News.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I am a third-grade teacher who wants to encourage my students to become better readers. I want to enrich my students with nonfiction text that will spark curiosity, that contains high-interest text, and will foster a love for reading.
My students are 3rd graders in Virginia.
My students love to read and are excited to learn. They are very interested in nonfiction and want to know more about real life current events. It is so important for my students to have interesting text to keep reading exciting.
I want my students to able to have rich nonfiction text in the form of a magazine that they will be able to use in the classroom and be able to take home to share with their families.
I need your help to provide Scholastic magazines that will help make reading nonfiction exciting for my students.
Many students tell me that they don't have a lot of nonfiction text to read at home. Funding my project will help provide my students with new and exciting nonfiction text that will include current events, foster their love of reading, and be able to share with their families at home.
