My Students

Our class is a Dual Immersion Mandarin Kindergarten class where scholars enjoy learning and communicating in Mandarin.

Our class is bright and creative and enjoys learning in various ways.

We love learning through games, motions, and songs, and enjoy exploring different cultures. The class loves creating art, learning from their big buddies, and showing kindness to those around them.

They look forward to coming to class every day as it is a fun and safe environment for them to grow and explore the world! Together, we grow and explore the world to greater and greater heights!

My Project

Scholars in kindergarten are learning their long and short vowels, sight words, as well as CVC words. These books include fun and familiar characters with grade-level appropriate words. Scholars will be able to transition into reading books by themselves for the first time with the help of these readers.

I am excited to see the class grow in their love to read.

I believe that these books will encourage scholars to sound out words and pick out recognizable sight words. These short stories and familiar characters will make reading enjoyable for everyone.
